I'm a pen holder and I struggle to send and return the ball low over the net do you have any tips and/or tricks to help me improve?

Hi Dominic,
Whether you are penhold or shake hand the same applies here with keeping the ball low.
Take a look at this simple but really effective way to improve this area of your game.
