i want to make my backhand in penhold strong like wang hao or xu xin how can i make without make the ball go off the table

Hi Ali,
Never making a mistake is impossible. What you need to do is get your technique correct.
Take a look at our lesson on the Penhold Techniques for Table Tennis and take note of the start and finish positions of the backhand.
Then it is a matter of practice and more practice to get it more consistent. Wang Hao and Xu Xin have hit literally millions of backhands to get it as good as they have.
