Can you show me how to do the Pendulum serve? I know how to but show a way to serve with more spin.

Hi John,
We have this in our Serving Secrets lessons. We have a whole lesson on the Pendulum. It also will show you in general the principles of how to generate more spin which is very useful.

Variation of Spin
Varying the spin on your serve makes it harder to return. You can vary the type of spin but possibly even more effective is varying the amount of spin.

Can we watch serving secrets without being a premium?

Unfortunately no. A monthly membership is not too much. You can sign up for just one month and see all of the lessons.

if we are not a premium can we just buy the serving secrets DVD?
Hi Eshaan,
We no longer have any DVDs. It's much simpler and quicker to use video downloads which is why we have moved to an online membership system.
