Which is the best type of pendulum serve for attacking and defensive players?

Hi Akeem,

For an attacking player you need to use a variety of spin to gain a small advantage where they hit the ball up a little higher so that you can attack.

For a defender it is probably best to do a backspin serve to get them to push and keep them away from the attack.  It does depend on the type of ball that you want as well.  If you want them to topspin straight away because you think you can beat then at that type of rally, then serve long with backspin.
