Rubber on the backhand of a Jp Penhold Blade

I'm wondering if i could add a rubber on the other side of a japanese penhold blade rather than a red/black tape behind it, so that i can use the other side to hit the ball as well, just like the chinese penhold style.

Hi,
There is no reason why you can't do this. You can do the RPB with the J-Pen.
