How can I improve my pendulum serve, even though I play Chinese Penhold?

Hi Brady,

The penhold grip is a bit easier to do the pendulum serve as you don't need to modify your grip to do the serve like the shakehanders need to.

Get the bat brushing the ball fast and use your wrist through its full extension. Take a look at our Premium lesson on the Pendulum Serve.
