Hi my name is Arpith.

The problem that I'm facing is that i end up doing everything right till the third ball attack ...but after that i end up out of position to play the next shot and respond late with an easy return for the opponent...what can i do to play that extra ball in the rallies.

Hi Arpith,

I often find that players try to do too much with the 3rd ball.  This throws them off balance for the next ball.

With your 3rd ball focus first on being balanced before, during and after the stroke.  Stay low with your legs and keep your swing efficient.  This will allow you to stay balanced for the next ball.
