Is there a specific way of doing the one step technique instead of skipping around? Like where the weight of your body should be while "one-stepping"?

Hi Romeo,

You need to have your feet well balanced so that you can step either way.  This is a technique you should use when you are caught short for tie and can’t step with feet across.

um... what I meant by one-step footwork is the footwork that the chinese use ^^. I'm not sure if you're supposed to keep on jumping or you have to follow a specific pattern
