Dear Sir
I am from india and studying in school i am preparing for a tournament. i am not able to defend a smash when someone hits a smash i am just protecting myself and whenever i hit a smash it's not on table so please help me in defending smash and hitting a smash.

When your opponent plays a short ball to your forehand, you can play an attacking stroke by using the flick. This stroke is also known as the flip.
