Pls how can I train effectively on things like feeling, strokes, and in-game coordination when no one around me wants to train with me on things like multi ball reflexes etc.

This isn't easy but I think it is a matter of finding someone even if they are a weaker level to help you. They don't need to be be very good to feed multi ball to you.
By throwing in some unexpected long returns you will keep your opponent off balance and this will make each short push you do so much more effective. That's why it's important to be able to return long. You've got 2 options. You can flick the ball or push it long and fast. This week our focus is on these types of returns.
