Hello once i have hit my forehand topspin what should my next move be.I know its never the same situation but is there like a thing you should think on after the stroke. And also when im playing with my dad at home the footwork and the strokes are good ,but at the trainings its like if its disappears.  How do I transfer my movement and stuff to the trainings? Thanks for the answers! Alvin

Hi Alvin,

After you hit the forehand think about getting back into a balanced position and watching the ball.  The ball will tell you what to do next.  By watching and tracking the ball well you will move into the best position for the next ball.

Balance is a really important part of the game.  Make sure you stay as balanced as possible during the rally.
