Hi I am a new defender and I really can’t chop the ball well can you help? I am using an anti-spin in my backhand.

Hi Andrew,

The first thing is to get the technique of the chop correct.

Take a look at these lessons on the Forehand Chop and Backhand Chop and try to get them right.

The Anti-spin on the backhand will be fine.

Let me know how you progress.
