Training
Hi Coach!
I have been training for Trials, practicing only basic warmup drills( forehand to forehand, B-B,F-B,B-F) It takes 1and half hours for me to complete these drills.Initially These drills were effective,but now I realise I reached a saturation level and no longer improving,I dont know any other drills, my training partner is bored and we need to find some new drills.
I want to learn 3rd ball attack,flick,lob,sidespin and perfect my strokes.I have so much to do that I'm confused.I dont Know how to manage all this within 2-3 hours of training.I only have training partners and not any coach, I learn watching your videos.

One thing you can be sure of is that every top player will be able to keep the ball on the table with a solid block when under pressure. It seems that this is a pre-requisite to becoming a good player. That's why in this training session we focus on improving your block. If you can absorb your opponent's attack you will be in a good position to win a match against them.
