Hi Coach!
I have been training for Trials, practicing only basic warmup drills( forehand to forehand, B-B,F-B,B-F) It takes 1and half hours for me to complete these drills.Initially These drills were effective,but now I realise I reached a saturation level and no longer improving,I dont know any other drills, my training partner is bored and we need to find some new drills.
I want to learn 3rd ball attack,flick,lob,sidespin and perfect my strokes.I have so much to do that I'm confused.I dont Know how to manage all this within 2-3 hours of training.I only have training partners and not any coach, I learn watching your videos.

Stay relaxed. This is the number one tip for generating more speed. It is quite a natural reaction to try and tense all your muscles when you are trying to hit the ball as hard as you can but this won't lead to increased power. Watch this master class to learn the correct way to generate more speed in your strokes.
