Hi coach please try to answer this until friday coach because my i have a lot of problems
1. if my opponent serving long heavy backspin on my forehand im always spining it but it always going to net and sometimes its hard to read their service.
2. i'am the one always doing a third ball but sometime when my partner serve a backspin service and our opponent chop it heavy some times i brush my racket so thin but when he just receive it with no such spin web i brush the ball its always outside
3 my last question what strategy we need to play againts left hander. THANKS COACH

For the forehand topspin, make sure you are getting a brushing contact on the ball so that you are gripping it and lifting it over the net. You also need quite a fast action to lift the ball. Good racket head speed.
You need to watch the ball carefully when they hit it. You need to see if they are contacting the ball flat or with a brushing action, getting spin or no spin on the ball. This is something that you will get better at the more you play but initially watch the ball really carefully.
When playing against left handers, the main thing is that you analyse them like you would any other player and see where they are weaker and where they are stronger. Try to adjust with the slightly different angles and spins on the serve. If you keep your mind open to this learning then it will improve quickly.
