My short serve gets attacked

When i serve short, my opponent smashes it to my backhand side.  I cannot move that fast so as a result...she gets the point.  What should i do to improve my serving skills?

Hi Malusha,

The main thing is to focus on keeping the ball low and also get some backspin on the ball to make it hater for her to attack.
