hi coach :)

i wanted to know how should i deal with sidespin in the middle of a rally??!!

Hi Dody,

This is similar to dealing with it off the serve.  You need to just use the angle of your racket to steer the ball back.  So adjust your stroke depending on the type of sidespin on the ball.  If the spin is going to take the ball to you left, then angle you brat to the right and vice versa.

thank you for answering but in the rally i will be far from the table so do you think i should chop it with a different bat angle ??!!

You will still need to adjust your angle slightly for the sidespin.
