I practice day and night alone doing shadow practice and I watched your video how to play alone,I play 1 and a half hour in academy including warm up exercise and from 2 year I am playing in academy but i started swadow 1 week ago my coach just taught me once now he don't teach me and doesn't do multiball my age is increasing I am 14 years old and I am very concerned about my career but there is no other table tennis academy nearby what should I do? I watched ma long timo boll and man you players I am learning from them is my academy useless??

Hi Siddharth,

I don't think your Academy is useless.

It is up to you to try to find some more hitting partners now and then do some training.  You can follow the Training Plans we have or work on specific things that you want to practice.
