Movement range

Strokes

Greetings Team,

I would like to ask how can I extend my total movement range.
Sometimes I feel like professional or even simply stronger players can cover much greater space than me from a single spot without having to actually having to move to the ball. Despite that some of them are actually shorter than me.

Thank you
Dan

Hi Dan,

A lot of it is to do with leg strength and power I think.  I don't know how well you move but that is the difference I see between players.

ALso,seems like there was some misunderstanding.
I was talking about the sheer space which is occuppied by the player's swings during performing a stroke.
Sometimes I feel like the player is capable of covering both corners from a single position, whereas I need four shuffles to do the same.

Hi Dan,

The width of your stance is often a key factor there. Try widening your stance and see if that gives you better coverage.
