more spin

my forehand topspin have more force that effect i want to know, how can i make that my forehand be spin and force by equal. what should change? the grip? the swin? or what more??

Hi,

Try changing the angle of your swing.  Instead of going so much forward swing more upwards.

Make sure you are getting a brushing contact on the ball as well to get the spin.

Topspin is a combination of forward and upward action.  To get more speed you go more forward, to get more spin you go more up.
