Can you give more explanation about penhold technique and how to improve it....

i hope the explanation including the strategy, training, drills and serving...

Hi Shukri,

At this stage what we have on the Penhold is in our lesson on Penhold Techniques for Table Tennis.  Take a look through this.  Over time we hope to develop our lessons on Penhold.

We also have a video where we talk about the reverse penhold backhand.
