hey sir

i am a table tennis state level player.  i have learn table tennis by my own

i am trying to hit backhand smash but i failed all the time.  it has becime too dificult for me hit a backhand

so can u plz teach me easiest way for this.

Hi Minhaj,

We find Backhand smash a really difficult shot.  I think it is much better if the ball is high enough to smash that you turn around and make a Forehand Smash.  If the ball is not high enough for you to get around in time then play a Backhand Topspin.  This is a good simple method of dealing with these sorts of balls.
