missed the ball

Hi!

I have a trouble that I'm quite often miss the ball when I'm trying to do topspin on a not difficult ball (which not low over the table)..is there any exercise to solve this problem?? and the similar problem, I'm failing the hit when touch the ball by edge of the racket.

Hi Alexander,

One thing that I can recommend is starting to focus more on the ball when it is play.  We often miss the ball when we aren't focused well enough.

As silly as it sounds, it may also be worth getting your eyes checked.  This may not apply to you, but may apply to other readers.  I have known a lot of high level players who had their eyes checked and needed glasses.  They then improved because they could finally see the ball.
