How to make a heavy backspin serve using a Backhand serve? Because it always contain some amount of side spin even if I move the wrist.

Hi Ryan,

It is difficult to generate a pure backspin serve with the backhand as you have found due to the action of the arm.

However, work on tilting your bat back as far as you can.  That is with the backhand side of your rubber facing the back wall during the serve and then come through more forward rather than sideways.
