Looping with Medium Pips

Hello. Can you please let me know how effective looping is with medium pips on either the forehand or backhand?

Hi Eric,

If you are really looking for a strong loop then medium pimples isn't the bed away to go.  

However, if you are looking for a change up then the loop with the long pimples can be effective.  The ball will come through slower than with an inverted rubber and also have less spin.  A player that isn't used to seeing this ball will have difficulty with it.  This can be a really effective change up.
