Strokes
Please tell the difference between loop and top spin both in fore hand and back hand...
Hi Hari,
The main difference is the speed and amount of spin. They are both just different types of topspin. The loop is usually just a little more spin and slower. This applies to both forehand and backhand.
The banana flick has become one of the most important returns in table tennis. It allows you to attack almost any short ball and places your opponent under immediate pressure. Still it is a difficult stroke that takes a lot of practice to master.

Hi Hari,
That is why we provide a lot of free content on our site. We recognise that not everyone is able to afford Table Tennis training. Take a look through the lessons we have. You also have access to the Ask the Coach section of our site.

Dear hari muthusamysubramanian,
why don't you take a look at all the videos yourself? It's really not a problem.
