Hi coach

I just recently noticed that during training my loops and bh rally plus attack is pretty good but in tournament i lose a lot of points. Again its my footwork and because i training looping on one spot. How should i train. Thanks

Hi Mat,

In training as you get used to a stroke, you can start to play the strokes from different positions.  Then you can play it from random positions.  This will get you used to playing the stroke in more of a match situation.
