sir i tried i everything but he chops the ball with loose hands with a lot of backspin on it so should i loop the ball as if i m playing against a defender?

Hi Shivam,

Yes that is a good idea.  To lift the backspin ball you need to have a vertical stroke.  Use the stroke we show you in the lesson on Forehand Topspin Off Backspin.

Don't forget the speed of your racket also makes a difference.  By getting the bat to move faster you will have more chance to lift the ball over the net.  MAke sure though that you are maintaining a good technique.
