Strokes
Hi Alois
How can I forehand and backhand smash or hit the ball that is backspin
What should I do?
Hi Mehmet,
You should use the topspin stroke. It is also called a loop because you are lifting the ball up. You need a more vertical stroke but you still need to be brushing the ball to grip it and lift it over the net.
Take a look at the lesson on the Forehand Loop Off Backspin.
