I cannot bend my knee when i play topspin please advise me how i can bend my knee properly.

Hi Ali,

At the start of the rally try to get down low into the ready position.  See our lesson the Basic Stance.  Then during the stroke you can stay in that low position.  You don't need to come up while playing.
