Getting back to shape

I was diagnosed with dengue last 2 months and tom. would be my 4th day of playing again.  How can i get back into shape faster because we have our upcoming regional meet this coming january 9-15.Thank you again Pingskills you really help people like me :)

Hi Jake,

I think playing as much as your health allows is the best option.  Do some simple drills to start with to get the feel of the ball again.  Then you can do your regular drills that you were doing previously.

The last weeks you can do more 3rd ball drills, service and return of service focus.

Hope your recovery goes really well and you are back to full strength soon.
