Sir,
joola rosskopf allround or joola carbon blade? I am looking for a good blade under 2000 rupees.

Hi Aravind,
Equipment is a very personal choice. You need to find something that you like and then stick with it. For me, I'd prefer a more allround blade so based on those choices I'd most likely go for the Joola Rosskopf Allround blade.
