Hi coaches,
Is Globe Hurricane 583 blade and Friendship/729 Super FX rubbers good enough for a beginner?

Yes they are good enough for a beginner. They may even be too fast.

Coach, what do you mean that it is too fast, is it a advantage or disadvantage?
A fast bat may be hard to control so it is a disadvantage. You may find it difficult to play your shots correctly because of this.

I haven't used it but would think that it would be too fast for a beginner.
