Hi Coach,

I mis-hit a lot and don't have a good landing rate on the table. My partner ends up picking the ball more often that me being able to sustain a rally.

Is there anything I can do solo to improve my form and consistency? Getting a rebound board seems unfeasible at my current place.

Hi Anand,

Training by yourself has some benefits and may just help your consistency to start with.  Hitting up against a wall can help.  You don't necessarily need a rebound board.  Take a look at the lesson we have in our Training Secrets section on Practicing Alone.
