Strokes
Hello,
I am a new premium member here in pingskills .
I am from Iraq.
My question is how to make my smash on the right place not outside or in the net.
thank you.

To get the smash right I like to get players to start by playing the stroke slower. First get the action correct and the timing of when you should hit the ball. Once you have that then think about hitting the ball faster.
You need to hit the ball when it is at around shoulder or head height. The contact needs to be flat so that you get the ball travelling faster when you swing through fully.
We have a lesson on this stroke in our Lessons section. Take a look at the Forehand Smash for a visual explanation of the stroke.
