Hi Alois and Jeff,

My father has bought a robot for me to practice alone, but I couldn't find an easy way to master a certain stroke. What stroke should I train and how to master it with my robot?

Thx in advance! :D

Hi Archel,

I think one of the best uses of the robot is to practice the Forehand Topspin Off Backspin.  Set the robot to feed out backspin balls and you can practice this stroke with good repetition.

We continue to work on your serve and in this session we concentrate on your placement.
