How to switch between forehand & backhand suddenly? Ball is hitting my body when it suddenly comes to my backhand(actually i am missing it) while i am playing forehand. How to overcome this? How to easily switch between forehand & backhand? Could you please guide me the practice steps i need to follow?

Hi Sivachandran,

The main thing is to watch the ball more closely.  By tracking the ball you will get the best information as to where the ball is.  In training do some drills where you don't know where the ball is going.  Do them slowly at first and really just focus on watching the ball.  Don't try to anticipate where the ball is going, just watch and follow it.

Thanks Alois. Thats a good information. I will try focusing the ball. These days i used to anticipate and take position before the opponent hitting the ball. As you said, that is my mistake.
