How to serve ball and how to practice in your home.

Hi Emmanuel,

We have a very popular lesson series on Serving.  You can see it on our website under our Serving Secrets lessons.

For the basics of serving you can also take a look at our lesson on Serve Placement.

YOu can practice at home using any table.  It doesn't have to be a Table Tennis table and get a few balls and work on your serving.  You can work on a range f things from the basic serve to being able to spin the ball.
