Strokes
Hi again
I would like to see the forehand topspin of penholder in detail, but against a backspin ball, the position of the pallet, the softness of the arm, hand, the final position of the body, to make better my technique.
Thanks so much
Hi Cristh,
The Penhold forehand technique is very similar to the Shakehand technique. The positions of the arm and body are the same. We show you this in our lesson on Penhold Techniques for Table Tennis.
When your opponent plays a short ball to your forehand, you can play an attacking stroke by using the flick. This stroke is also known as the flip.
