If someone serves heavy side in my forehand how do I return it and I'm a left hander.

Hi Justin,

If the ball is moving away from your forehand, you need to get yourself close to the ball.  Then allow for the sidespin by angling your bat.  You need to angle your bat to the left and still make contact with the ball.

It is something that you will get used to with practice.
