Hello coach,I am a 15 years old girl.I am very interested in table tennis.I have matches in August 2018.I want to win the matches.I am practicing 2 hours a day.But I have no time to go to academy or any sports club.I am practicing in my school. The players around me are not that level best as me.I have no good partner to play. Most of the time I am practicing alone.I watched your spin serve video.I am trying it for nearly two months. But still I didn't know it.when I am practicing on floor the ball come back to me,but when I practice on the board I can't make spin serves.I am playing table tennis for 5 years. But I know only one serve.I know only speed serve.I am trying to play spin serve, but I can't get it.Can you please give me some idea to improve my service skills and also give me some advice how can I practice alone without a partner.I have a board in my home.when I was alone I always hit the ball against the wall as fast I can.Help me to improve my serving and smashing skills and also practicing alone.Thank you.I am waiting for your reply.

Hi Yasmi,

Take a look at the tutorial on Practicing Alone.

For your serving issues think about the same contact when you are on the table as you are getting on the floor but get the bat to move more downwards so that the ball is bouncing close to you on the table. This will get the ball to bounce over the net.

Good luck with your matches.
