Coach, do you know how to improve the Topspin,because yesterday my Topspin is so weak. Can you teach me how to improve?

Hi Chee,

Firstly make sure you get the right technique with the stroke. Take a look at the lesson on the Forehand Topspin.

Then you need to do it many many times to perfect it. It needs to become a natural stroke that is automatic.
