Hi,

You are getting to the frustrating stage of table tennis, but believe me keep going and you will start to improve your results.

It takes some time to be able to use your new strokes in a game situation and then be able to play them in an important situation.  This will only come with persevering and trying to use these stokes and skills more.

The other thing to be aware of is to not put yourself under too much pressure. When we train a lot we start to expect a lot from ourselves.  Results take a long time and improvement comes slowly.  That is what is so good about our game.  You really have to play for a long time to master things.  It is not a sport that you can start to play today and be an Olympian in a year or two.  This whole process takes many years of work, but it is very rewarding to achieve something after the hard work.

Kepp going Shoaib.  You will get better results.
