Hi, I have a penhold grip and it's always hard for me to properly execute a topspin Pendulum Serve. Any tips for me?

Hi Bert,

The principles are the same as for the shakehand serve.

One think to focus on is hitting the ball slightly later in the pendulum swing as the bat is on the way up again.

It takes a bit of practice and can be a little confusing to start with.
