How can I stop choking in a match

excuse me I sir I sometimes  choke in a match, like why do I do that because I really don’t understand and how can I avoid that.

This is not something that you are alone with.

Every player feel some sort of tightness during a match at some time. It is really a matter of your emotional level increasing.  First you have to be able to know what that feels like.
