How can i improve my forehand....

Hey all,i have just started playing t.t and i love the game .My backhand is good but my forehand is horrible i can't even play with forehand....So please help me if u can give any exercises or anything that i can do to improve my forehand....

It is great you have started playing.  Take a look through our lessons page and look particularly at the lessons on the Forehand Counterhit and the Forehand Topspin Against Block. If you can work through these strokes you will find yourself being able to play the forehand better.
