Strokes
Hi coaches,
I was wondering how I can improve my backhand looping, especially on short, low backspins or sidespins.
It often ends up on the net.
Thanks!
Hi Thomas,
To make a topspin off this type of ball you need to make sure you are brushing the ball on contact to generate good topspin.
If the ball is going into the net then make your stroke more vertical. If it is going off the end of the table then you can come more forward with your stroke.
