Should we swing ourselves around waist so that we can maintain right angle between forearm & shoulder during whole motion ?

Hi Sumeet,

You can use your waist during the stroke to generate more speed.   The shoulder does work as well and the bat comes up towards your head.

I get it . The right angle should be maintained but arm should go up pivoted at shoulder. It is nice to learn techniques from olympians. Thanks a lot.
