Can u give me some particular reasons why I often - and I mean very often - hit the ball with the bat rim or with my fingers (the thumb or the finger from the other side of bat)?? That annoys me so much....

Excuse my English, is not my native language.

Hi Armand,

This sometimes happens if you are not watching the ball carefully.  The ball often moves slightly in the air with spin so tracking it all the way is important.

If it is always hitting the top edge of the bat it could be because you have the bat turned too far forward.
