Is there an ideal point to initiate the hit?  Video shows I contact most balls around my waist and I hit many of them off the table. Will lowering the point of impact reduce my failures? Silas

Hi Silas,

If anything I would get the hitting point higher which should increase your chances of hitting the ball on the table.

Forehand Chop

The forehand chop is a defensive stroke played away from the table. It is mainly used by defenders but can also be incorporated into an attackers game when forced away from the table.
