Hello pingskills i try to return a high spin serve but it its so hard it always goes into the net i tried to spin back but it does not work please help me.

Hi Emil,
If the ball has a lot of backspin you can try to push the ball back. The more backspin it has the more you should tilt your bat back to face the roof. This will counter the backspin on the ball. Don't try to spin it back or do too much with it. You will just end up making more mistakes.
